About me I am interested in professional opportunities navigating the science-policy interface to develop multidisciplinary approaches for climate resilience and environmental stewardship. I recently received my Ph.D. in Marine Chemistry from the University of Miami’s Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science (RSMAS) in Miami, FL, where I studied biogeochemistry of carbon and nutrients in the ocean. As a National Academy of Science Gulf Research Program science policy fellow working at Harris County Public Health, I am using science to inform the policy process and following policy decisions that affect the environment and human health. I graduated from Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry. |
